● When You’ll Pay for Your Reservation: Payment timing varies based on the type of booking and the location of the stay.

● Payment Plans: You’ll pay part of your reservation upon booking confirmation, with future payments automatically deducted on the dates listed at checkout if applicable.

● If a Stay Master Asks for More Money: All pricing details are included when booking through Kiteville. There are only a few exceptions.

● What Happens if Your Reservation Request is Declined or Expires: If a reservation request is declined or expires, the authorization on your payment method will be removed. If already charged, you’ll be refunded.

● Pay for a Monthly Stay: For stays of 28 nights or more, you’ll be charged for the first month, with the remainder collected in monthly installments.
